Zevulon Capital Acquires 34-Unit Atlanta Townhome Community for $1.9 Million

Zevulon Capital, Inc. has acquired a 34-unit townhome community at 2721 White Oak Drive in Decatur, Georgia, for $1.9 million, or $55,882 per unit. The value-add property will be renovated and rebranded White Oak Townhomes.

“This is an underperforming asset with enormous potential,” said Yossi Kagan, Zevulon Capital Principal. “Our objective is to add value for both residents and investors through thoughtful interior, exterior and common area improvements.”

The rental property has been a sought-after community for residents desiring to live near a busy commuter corridor and attractive in-town neighborhoods. Offering one- and two-story floor plans, the community is in Decatur’s Belvedere neighborhood between Glenwood Avenue and Memorial Drive, just east of East Lake Golf Club. The property provides convenient access to local schools, area amenities and major employment centers.

Zevulon’s repositioning plan includes modernizing unit interiors with updated cabinetry, countertops, flooring and fixtures in kitchens and bathrooms and installing stainless steel appliances. Select units will offer washers and dryers. Community enhancements will include exterior and landscaping improvements, as well as property management optimization.
